Soldier On is a private non-profit organization committed to ending veteran homelessness. Since 1994, Soldier On has provided veterans and their families a continuum of care that includes immediate and long-term housing with an array of supportive services delivered to them where they live.
In 2010, Soldier On opened the first Gordon H. Mansfield Veterans Community, a permanent housing community transitioning veterans from homelessness to homeownership. The goal of Soldier On is to provide homeless or at-risk homeless veterans with permanent, supportive, sustainable housing with services that help veterans reclaim their place in the community while returning meaning, dignity, and hope to their lives.
